Pastors Larry & Deanna Shrodes are the dynamic senior pastor team that lead our church.    Love for people and passion for the power and presence of God characterize their ministry.  The Shrodes have been serving as a true team, side by side as partners in marriage and ministry for 21 years.   They have many sons and daughters in the Lord, mentoring many who are following the call to full time ministry today.  They have committed their lives to investing and pouring themselves into others.  Pastor Larry is an extremely relational leader with a great love for people of all nations, generations, and walks of life.  He has been described as a leader with much wisdom beyond his years.    He has led Northside into a new level of reaching out to the hurting and broken.  Pastor Deanna is a minister in her own right, proclaiming God's Word not only at Northside but as a speaker in much demand in many other churches and conferences internationally.  A passion for the power and presence of God have filled her with a desire to lead God's people to reach their full potential.  An accomplished and writer, she is published worldwide in many books, articles and journals.   She is also founder of the Pastoring Partners Network, and host of the Unstoppable Conference.  Our lead pastors greatest joy is in building relationships, reaching the unchurched, and lovingly leading God's people to fully recognize who they are and what they can do.  The Shrodes have three incredible kids who love the Lord and serve His Church in many ways ~  Dustin (18), Jordan (17) and Savanna Rose (11).  The Shrodes family makes their home in Wesley Chapel, FL.  As a family they enjoy taking trips together, watching LOST, American Idol and Survivor, eating ice cream, and going to the beach and Japanese steakhouses.  (Kobe is their favorite & the official place for family birthdays!)

* The best way to keep up with our pastors is to read their blogs.

Throughout their time at college and seminary, they served as children's pastors, preparing for their call.   The Mackleys are just crazy about kids and have a great vision for Children's Ministries and many other areas of ministry they handle at Northside.  "Pastor T" as he is affectionately called, and "Miss Misty" oversee all ministries pertaining to children at Northside, from nursery to 5th grade.   Pastor T is one of the worlds most fun and crazy people to be around, and also is a "techie" to the extreme.  He has led Northside into a new level of technology.  Misty was called to children's ministry before she met Pastor T, and serves alongside him in all things and is a tremendous example as a leader in the church.  In addition, she specializes in child development and works at Hillsborough Community College.  The Mackleys have two incredibly energetic and wonderful children, Nate and Celeena.
